Personal Experience
I am a Neurodivergence Life Coach, with a Neurodivergent brain. I have lived experience along with experience of how it impacts children.

I know that neurodivergence is a hot topic and that rates of diagnosis are increasing. Coupled with that, is the belief that it is a superpower. I know that my social media feeds are flooded with people who get diagnosed and then write a book, make their millions on social media, become famous. But what about the rest of us? What about those of us who haven't found our way or even our keys? What if your brain is more of a soup, than super?

I have spent much of my life feeling lost. Spinning in circles unsure of my direction. I have designed, I have taught, I have cared for loved ones, I have mothered. But I didn't know where I fitted in. Then I decided to dedicate all my hyperfocus and my creativitiy, on myself. I trained as a life coach, then an ADHD coach, followed by a Neurodivergence Life Coach. All the while, coaching myself too. I realised my values, what drives me and what I am passionate about. Yes I can be a chaotic, nail biting, foot tapping, wriggling, over-talking, hyper active, inner child bursting out, RSD riddled, mother, wife and friend. But, I also have so much knowledge, passion and drive when it comes to championing others in achieving their best lives. I work tirelessly to help others to find solutions and to create lives they love. I can't wait to work with you.
